Mid-America Real Estate Group expands into commercial building services

Mid-America Real Estate Group, the Midwest’s largest full-service retail-only real estate firm with offices in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois, Chicago, Detroit, Milwaukee and Minneapolis, is proud to announce the formation of MA Building Services.

 Formerly Chicago Quick Clean, MA Building Services is a full-service commercial cleaning and building services company serving the Midwest.

“Mid-America wants to control of the quality of service we are providing our clients. The best way to do this was to form a strategic partnership with a trusted company,” said Mid-America managing partner Dick Spinell.  “Performing these services inhouse will allow us to provide unparalleled service to our clients.”

Established in 2012, Chicago Quick Clean has served the greater Chicago area providing a wide range of cleaning and specialty services for commercial facilities.

 The newly formed company will offer a wide array of services including reoccurring cleaning, post construction cleaning, emergency response cleaning, day porter and specialty services.

 “We are excited to expand our operations to serve the greater Midwest and to form lasting relationships built on Mid-America’s 35 year-foundation of unmatched customer service,” said MA Building Services principal Greg Harmon. “It is a privilege to be entrusted with care of these assets and we now have the ability to serve our existing and new clients more effectively than ever.”
